I placed an order on December 14th, 2012 for a custom strap. In the FAQ section of the website, it reads:
Please give us up to 5 weeks to ship out your awesome new personalized camera strap.
Not a problem; I placed my order in enough time to receive by my last in-hands date, sent in my custom design on the template they provide on their site, and the money was withdrawn immediately after.
I never heard anything with an update about the status of the order, so I emailed on 12/30/2012 asking for an update. No response.
I emailed again on 01/13/2013. Still nothing.
The latest date I should have received the strap was 01/18/2013 and I needed it about a week after that date.
Now it was 01/31/2013 and I emailed again demanding a refund. Yeah, still no response.
I looked online and found the name and email of one of the founders; I sent an email to her asking if she could help. Unfortunately for me, she had sold her portion of the business several years prior, but told me that the new owners do not seem to respond to emails or get the straps shipped out in time. She said that they are still making the straps, though.
I still don't have what I purchased, they ignored my emails asking for an update and still have not given me a refund. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
